Rachel Clouatre, PT, DPT

Rachel is a Baton Rouge native and graduate of Texas Woman’s University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Her journey in the field of physical therapy began at a young age, as she witnessed the incredible and transformative power that physical therapy had on her beloved brother, Sam, and their entire family. This personal experience ignited a deep passion within Rachel to help others in their journey towards unlocking their child’s greatest potential. Throughout her career, Rachel has had the privilege of working with children of various ages and disabilities, allowing her to develop a wide range of skills and expertise. Her primary focus has been on enhancing gross motor development, balance, and cognition through the use of functional play. Rachel understands that children learn best through play, and she utilizes this knowledge to create engaging and therapeutic activities that not only address their physical needs but also stimulate their senses and foster their overall growth. Rachel's warm and compassionate nature ensures that both the child and their family feel supported and empowered throughout the therapy process. Rachel's dedication to her profession, combined with her genuine enthusiasm for helping children and their families, makes her an invaluable member of the Triform Therapy team.
