Kirbee Young, M.A., CCC-SLP

Kirbee is the co-owner of Triform Therapy and a licensed speech-language pathologist with a wealth of experience in her field. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Arkansas and her Master of Arts degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Louisiana State University. Throughout her career, Kirbee honed her skills and developed a deep-rooted passion for augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She is constantly exploring new innovative methods, such as the use of eye-gaze devices, to help individuals overcome communication barriers. Furthermore, Kirbee's expertise extends to early intervention, where she helps young children who may struggle with speech and language development. Her vast experience also lies in working with older children who are minimally verbal or non-verbal, offering them comprehensive therapy solutions to enhance their communication abilities. Kirbee's dedication to her profession extends beyond the clinic walls, as she firmly believes in fostering strong relationships with families to help kids achieve their goals. Additionally, Kirbee particularly treasures the interdisciplinary nature of her role and thrives on collaborating with other healthcare providers, therapists, and teachers to create an individualized approach to therapy that ensures the best outcomes for her patients.
